All projects and deliverables are subject to mutually agreed scope, pricing, and timelines.
Deliverables remain the property of The Global Saints Company until full payment is received.

2. Payments & Refunds

· A 50% advance payment is required to initiate work.

· Remaining balances are due upon project milestones or delivery.

· Refunds are not available after work begins, unless mutually agreed in writing.

3. Timelines & Revisions

Project timelines are estimates and may shift based on feedback or scope changes.
Reasonable revisions are included per the service agreement.

4. Confidentiality

All client data, communication, and deliverables are treated as strictly confidential.
We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to ensure complete discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (e.g., designs, code, creatives) transfers to the client.
The Global Saints Company retains the right to display non-confidential work for portfolio or case study purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Global Saints Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

· Project delays due to third-party dependencies.
